The Home Health Aide (HHA) course is a five-day program approved by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), designed for those looking to provide care in a home setting. Upon completion, graduates receive a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification and earn 26 continuing education units (CEUs) towards their CNA license, as recognized by the state of California.

Phlebotomy Technician

The Certified Phlebotomy Technician I (CPT I) program is a 4-9 week course designed for individuals interested in starting a career in phlebotomy. Approved by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), this course trains students in both skin puncture and venipuncture blood collection techniques. It includes 40 hours of classroom instruction, along with a minimum of 40 hours of supervised clinical externship. Graduates meet the state’s eligibility requirements to sit for the national certification exam. Upon successfully completing the program and passing the exam, students receive a national Certified Phlebotomy Technician I (CPT I) certificate.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

The Nursing Assistant program is a 6-12 week course designed for individuals interested in beginning a nursing career. Approved by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and aligned with Title 22 regulations, this program equips students to provide care in nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and hospitals. It includes 60 hours of classroom instruction and 100 hours of hands-on clinical experience under the guidance of qualified instructors. Graduates meet the state’s eligibility requirements to sit for the California state certification exam. After completing the program and passing the exam, students earn their Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification from the state of California. Our students have an impressive pass rate of over 90% on the state exam.
