The Nursing Assistant program is a 6-12 week course designed for individuals interested in beginning a nursing career. It includes 60 hours of classroom instruction and 100 hours of hands-on clinical experience under the guidance of qualified instructors. Graduates meet the state’s eligibility requirements to sit for the California state certification exam. After completing the program and passing the exam, students earn their Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification from the state of California.
