The Nursing Assistant program is a 6-12 week course designed for individuals interested in beginning a nursing career. Approved by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and aligned with Title 22 regulations, this program equips students to provide care in nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and hospitals. It includes 60 hours of classroom instruction and 100 hours of hands-on clinical experience under the guidance of qualified instructors. Graduates meet the state’s eligibility requirements to sit for the California state certification exam. After completing the program and passing the exam, students earn their Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification from the state of California. Our students have an impressive pass rate of over 90% on the state exam.
