  • Prerequisites: Must be 18 years or older; High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, CHSPE); Valid Social Security Number; Completion or concurrent enrollment in ALH 0010 (Introduction to Phlebotomy) with a grade of C or better; Enrollment in ALH 0011 (Phlebotomy Clinical Practicum) which requires completion or concurrent enrollment in ALH 0010; Completion of application and attendance at orientation.
  • Accreditations: Institutionally accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC), part of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Approved by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) as an authorized phlebotomy training program.
