This course is a state approved program which provides hands on training in both nursing assistant theory and its practical application in a professional clinical and laboratory setting. Basic lifesaving skills are taught which includes CPR and the Choking maneuvers. Each student is required to complete 120 hours of training mandated by the State of Illinois. Scott School of Careers Program is 120 hours (80 Theory and 40 Clinical Rotation Hours) All hours must be achieved to complete the program. This course can be taken in person or online.
