The Cosmetology Operator course offered by the Rochester Educational Opportunity Center (REOC) in New York provides students with the opportunity to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to become a licensed cosmetologist. Upon completion of the program, students will receive a certificate of completion and be eligible to take the New York State Cosmetology Licensing Exam.
