The Rochester EOC Medical Administrative Assistant Program prepares students to work in a variety of medical office setting. Students are prepared with a basic foundation in computer skills, anatomy, and medical terminology. Students are able to perform the clerical tasks required of medical assistants and have the ability to work directly with patients as may be required. Program coursework includes topics in: Medical Terminology, Medical Billing and Coding, Keyboarding, Microsoft® Office software, Filing, Customer Service.
