About

Most hospitals and clinics require their CNA and CMA employees to also have their Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association. This includes skills such as proper CPR techniques, AED instruction and how to remove airway obstructions in both adults and infants. Once you complete your certification, your credentials will be valid for two years. You will receive an email from [email protected] with a link inviting you to claim your eCard online. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder. This link will direct you to the Student Profile webpage where you will confirm that all information on that page (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, eCard Code, AHA Instructor Name, and Training Center information) is correct. Once confirmed you can download and print your eCard.
