At Orleans Technical College, you can earn your Associate Degree in Specialized Business (ASB)-Construction Management in 15 months! This associates program is designed to prepare you for a wide variety of construction management careers. This program provides a comprehensive overview of construction managers’ roles during the building process. The program equips students with the technical skills to efficiently handle the full process of delivering a construction project to completion. Courses include: blueprint reading, estimating, business law, business/technical writing, scheduling, basic computer skills, Computer Aid Drafting (CAD), and related courses. This program is designed for students with 3-5 years of construction experience and who have interest in progressing within the construction sector. The 60 credit evening program is a hybrid schedule with online and in-person classes.
