This course equips learners with the skills required to deliver outstanding care to individuals in nursing care institutions. The curriculum covers key areas including Body Mechanics, Daily Living Support, Medical and Surgical Asepsis, and Nutrition.
Practical training is conducted at our allied locations - Pacific Heights Transitional Care, The Avenues Transitional Care, and Linda Mar Rehabilitation Center.
After finishing the course, learners will earn a Completion Certificate, qualifying them to sit for the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program Exam, a prerequisite for obtaining the California Nursing Assistant Certification. The certification test is administered on our premises.
We offer Job Assistance to all learners for roles in long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and agencies.
The duration of the program is 2-3 months.
