HT&CC;, INC.’s Phlebotomy Program is an accelerated 5-week (40 hour) course designed as a “hands on” and “job readiness” program. This class will allow students to easily transition from the classroom into the work place setting by equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform Phlebotomy & non-blood specimen collection (microbiology & toxicology) procedures safely and accurately. The dynamics of this course is fast-paced and active with minimal amount of didactics and more exercises with the focus on instruction of safe venipuncture (blood collection with needles).
