The HT&CC;, INC. Recertification program was designed to meet State Recertification requirements. To qualify for recertification, a participant must complete the 24 hour Competency/Proficiency Evaluation Program which is based on State Requirements. In addition, the applicant must have worked for pay performing nursing, nursing related services and/or direct patient care, under the supervision of a Licensed or registered nurse, for at least eight(8) hours during the last 24 month certification period. If your work experience as a CNA occurred in a non-Medicaid/Medicare approved nursing facility but in a licensed/certified healthcare setting you must either complete a 24 Hour Competency Training Course (OPTION A) or have completed 24 Hours of Continuing Education Training (OPTION B). We are currently offering both the 24 hour Recertification Competency Course and also Inservice Continuing Education Training Sessions.
