GlenFields Living with Care is a 108-bed skilled nursing facility (nursing home), located on our main campus in Glencoe, which offers all the comforts of home while providing privacy and individualized care. GlenFields is a warm and welcoming place where we offer: Residential care for individuals who can no longer live independently and need daily skilled nursing care. Short-stay rehabilitation for individuals who need skilled nursing care and daily physical and/or occupational therapy before returning home after an illness or major surgery. Memory care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Our caring staff and volunteers build strong relationships with our residents. All of our nursing, social services, dietary, activities, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and business services staff participate in Alzheimer’s disease and dementia training each year.
