• Prerequisites: Proof of high school graduation or equivalent (required for national certification and California state licensing); for those not currently enrolled in a class at CVAE, a current phlebotomy license is required; all students must wear scrubs; immunizations, negative COVID test, and other health screening requirements may be necessary but are not included in the program fee.
