The Cybersecurity program is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in the principles and methods of cybersecurity, as well as the fundamental knowledge and tools for applying security measures across a variety of network architectures and settings. In addition to serving as a strong foundation for pursuing a bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, this associate degree program will provide the educational background and hands-on training necessary to prepare students for entry into the cybersecurity sector. The curriculum includes a combination of general education, computer science, and network technology courses to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and training necessary for a successful transition into a career in security, and to meet National Security Agency (NSA) and Centers of Academic Excellence (CAE) core foundational content and standards.

Respiratory Care is an allied health profession in which respiratory therapists work under the direction of a physician to evaluate, treat and care for patients with breathing disorders.

The Respiratory Therapy Program seeks to prepare graduates with demonstrated competence in the cognitive (knowledge), psychomotor (skills), and affective (behavior) learning domains of respiratory care practice as performed by registered respiratory therapists (RRTs). Program offered at the Flanagan Campus Only.

The American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR Course teaches CPR skills based on the Guidelines released in 2020 for helping victims of all ages (including doing ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device, and oxygen); use of an automated external defibrillator (AED); and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO). This CPR course teaches the skills for Adult/Child/Infant CPR including giving high quality compressions, using the bag mask device, using an automated external defibrillator (AED) device, and how to help a victim who is choking. It is intended for participants who provide health care to patients in a wide variety of settings, including in-hospital and out-of-hospital. For certified or non-certified, licensed or non-licensed healthcare professionals.

Surgical technologists are healthcare professionals who work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, registered nurses and other surgical personnel in an operating room to deliver optimal patient care. Surgical technologists are essential members of the surgical team engaging in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative job duties that include preparing the operating room,  setting up surgical equipment,  instruments, and supplies.  During a surgical procedure, these professionals are responsible for assessing instruments, fluids and supplies, anticipating the surgeon's needs and monitoring and assessing room conditions. Surgical Technologists are responsible for maintaining the sterile field and ensuring that all members of the surgical team adhere to aseptic technique. 

The CCRI Surgical Technology program is a 43 credit, twelve month full time certificate program which combines classroom instruction, simulation lab experiences and supervised clinical practice in a hospital environment.   Students will complete a minimum of 500 practicum hours, and will scrub in on a minimum of 120 surgical procedures.
