Learning Outcomes
- Manage administrative tasks: phone management, patient record maintenance, insurance paperwork, and more.
- Apply core medical assisting processes and concepts to deliver medical care.
- Perform clinical duties, including patient history taking, vitals, treatment explanation, examination preparation, and lab work.
- Showcase knowledge of Medical Assisting code of ethics, and apply ethical/legal principles in care delivery.
- Commit to continued career development in an evolving healthcare system.
The program's objective is to equip you with skills for entry-level positions as medical assistants, phlebotomists, EKG technicians, and office managers. Our curriculum includes various clinical procedures, preparing you for diverse roles in the healthcare industry.

- Medical Terminology
- Law and Ethics in Healthcare
- Patient Contact to Diagnosis, Treatment, Follow-Up, and Financial Aspects
- Basic Computer Skills
- Hematology/Lab Assisting including Phlebotomy
