If you’re interested in broadening your range as an emergency responder, there are a variety of educational paths you can take. Whatever path you choose, your career will allow you to make a difference in people’s lives. Students completing the Fire Science Technology Major will be eligible for career positions such as Firefighter, Fire Prevention specialists, Wildland Firefighter, Fire Investigator, Fire Engineer, Fire Hydraulics specialist, First Responder, Emergency Medical Technician, and Life Safety Directors in High Rise Buildings.
