The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) license program at Baltimore City Community College is a comprehensive, competency-based program designed to prepare students for an entry-level position as a Licensed Practical Nurse. The program is fully approved by the Maryland Board of Nursing and includes classroom instruction, hands-on clinical experience, and a focus on professionalism and ethical conduct. Graduates of the program are eligible to take the National Council Licensure examination to become a licensed practical nurse (LPN).
