In this course students will learn to perform a wide range of tasks, such as drawing blood, administering injections, measure and record vital signs, and other point-of-care testing. Students will also learn how to assist physicians during exams, and interview and educate patients. Upon completion of this course, students will be eligible to sit for the NHA certification exam to gain the credential of CCMA. This exam is included in the course price. Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association is also included in the course price.
