- Comprehensive preparation covering five essential domains: Safety and Compliance, Patient Preparation, Routine Blood Collections, Special Collections, and Processing.
- In-depth education on legal issues in healthcare, medical terminology, and fundamental anatomy/physiology.
- Hands-on training with a requirement of performing at least 30 successful venipunctures and 10 successful capillary sticks on live individuals.
- Although not mandatory for certification, the program may provide clinical or external experience opportunities.
