This program is offered in Trades Annex which can be found at 5911 Old Seward Hwy Anchorage, AK 99518, conveniently situated near the Dowling Road intersection.

This course is training to meet the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations for new entry-level drivers getting their commercial driver license, CDL A. It extensively guides students through basic operation, safe operating practices, advanced operating practices, vehicle systems reporting malfunctions, non-driving activities, trip planning, and hours of service.

The Certificate in Welding program equips you with the knowledge and technical skills needed to secure an entry-level position as a welder. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on labs, you'll learn various welding techniques, metal structure fabrication, blueprint reading, and the use of computer technology to enhance your employability.
