You will need to purchased and completed the American Heart Associations HeartCode BLS online course from the AHA prior to attending this skills session class. A link to purchase the online course will be provided in your confirmation email. BLS CPR certifications are valid for 2 years and comply with The Department of Health and workplace requirements. Receive a HeartCode BLS CPR certification upon completing your scheduled CPR skills session.
At this HeartCode BLS CPR skills session we cover one and two rescuer CPR for adults, children and infants. We review bag mask use, respiratory arrest and choking. A physical skills test is required in class. Students have the opportunity to repeat the exam at no cost if necessary. This is an American Heart Association BLS CPR certification card.
Scheduling Changes, No Problem. Please provide**** 24 hours notice before your original class for a free transfer. A make-up class can be scheduled in the event of an absence, when less than 24 hours notice was provided, or when a student is more than 10 minutes late for class. Make-up skills sessions can be purchased for a reduced $40 tuition fee. No refunds, no exceptions.
