The Aviation Maintenance Technology program provides students with instruction in the general power plant and airframe curricula. Students may choose to seek Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification as an aircraft maintenance technician with an airframe rating and/or a power plant rating by completing the certificate curricula, or they may choose to complete the Associate of Applied Science in order to acquire additional education to advance into supervisory and inspection positions in the industry.
