The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certification program at The College of Health Care Professions - Northwest Houston, TX Campus is designed to prepare students to become entry-level sonographers who can perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures. The program includes classroom instruction and hands-on clinical experience to provide students with the skills needed to operate equipment, interpret images, and communicate diagnostic results with physicians. Graduates of this program are eligible to take the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification exams to become registered sonographers.
