The Home Health Aide certification program at SUNY Westchester Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to assist patients in their own homes. The program teaches students to provide basic healthcare services such as taking vital signs, administering medication, and helping with personal hygiene. Upon completion of the program, graduates are eligible to take the New York State certification exam and become certified as Home Health Aides.
