The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) class offered by SUNY Upstate Medical University - Upstate Emergency Medicine is a comprehensive program designed to prepare students for a career in emergency medical services. The program covers topics such as patient assessment, airway management, medical and trauma emergencies, and more. Upon completion of the program, students will be eligible to take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification exam.
