After completing this program, students will be able to implement industry standards and understand the structure of a culinary operation; demonstrate the ability to utilize technology effectively in their area of study through daily practices, research and development, and problem solving; and utilize appropriate mathematical techniques such as weighing, measuring, and recipe conversion.
