The HVAC certification program at Suffolk County Community College offers comprehensive training to prepare students for a rewarding career in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Through a combination of theory, lab work, and real-world experience, students gain essential skills on installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, as well as the necessary knowledge to be successful in the field. Upon completion of the program, participants get the opportunity to take the ESCO Group's EPA Section 608 Certification exam and enter the workforce as qualified professionals.
