The Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) class offered by Suffolk County Community College (SCCC) in New York provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a certified pharmacy technician. The course covers topics such as pharmacy calculations, pharmacy law and regulations, pharmacology, and pharmacy systems. Upon successful completion of the program, students will be eligible to take the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE) and become a certified pharmacy technician.
