The Medical Administrative Assistant certification program at Southern Westchester BOCES is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to work in a variety of medical settings. Throughout the course, students will learn how to perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing insurance claims.
