The Phlebotomy certification program offered at the South Suburban College Main Campus is designed to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge required to enter the workforce as phlebotomists. The program consists of both didactic and clinical components, with students receiving hands-on experience through laboratory practice and supervised clinical rotations. Upon completion of the program, graduates are eligible to sit for the national phlebotomy certification exam.
