SembraSchool Nurse Aide I Program
Our state-approved Nurse Aide I (NA-I) training program is 120 hours long and consists of 40 hours of classroom time, 48 hours in the lab, and 32 hours at the clinical site. Fast-track Morning and Evening Classes: (6 weeks) Meet Monday through Friday. Weekends and MWF Day Class: (10 weeks) Day class runs 1 to 5pm on Mon., Wed., and Fri.. Weekends meet 9am to 3pm Sat. and Sun.
The online Heartsaver CPR/AED Course empowers rescuers with the necessary skills to identify and manage emergencies efficiently during the critical initial moments before emergency medical services personnel arrive. In addition to the online component, participants must schedule a 30-minute in-person skills test on Tuesdays and Thursdays to complement their online training.
SembraSchool’s CNA class is 120 hours long - 45 hours of theory taught in a classroom, 35 hours in the lab in person, and 40 hours in person at their partner clinical site. SembraSchool requires a high school transcript or GED, 2 forms of valid ID, a TB test, and COVID-19 vaccination card. They offer several flexible ways to pay.
The SembraSchool Nurse Aide I Program located in Raleigh, NC offers a range of programs including Certified Nursing Assistant training. The program is directed by Kathryn Bunn and provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful Certified Nursing Assistants. Students who graduate from this program are eligible to take the North Carolina Nurse Aide I Competency Examination to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.
