Students will learn a usable process for developing the skills, attitudes and thinking patterns needed to win customer satisfaction and loyalty. This program will examine the importance of customer service, understanding customer behavior, techniques for handling difficult customers, time management, and use of professional communication skills.

The Rochester Educational Opportunity Center (REOC) is located in Rochester, NY and offers a variety of programs to help individuals reach their educational and career goals. REOC's programs include the Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) program, which is led by director Roosevelt Mareus. REOC also provides additional support services such as career counseling and job placement assistance to help students succeed.
