The Child Development Associate is a National Credentialing program that provides instruction to individuals interested in working within the early childhood field. It is a comprehensive training program that encompasses all aspects of the fundamentals of child growth and development. The Rochester EOC program allows individuals the opportunity to complete all eligibility and documentation requirements needed to obtain CDA certification: 120 hours of early childhood education, 480 hours of experience working with children, and the Professional Resource File. The CDA program features Preschool, Infant/Toddler, Family Child Care, and Bilingual Certifications, while offering outstanding opportunities to obtain employment in the early childhood field.
