The Emergency Medical Technician certification program at Quinsigamond Community College's Center for Workforce Development and Continuing Education is designed to prepare individuals for a career as an EMT. It consists of 183 hours of classroom and laboratory hours, as well as 24 hours of clinical experience in a hospital or ambulance setting. Upon completion, graduates will be eligible to take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians exam to become a certified EMT.
