The Phlebotomy certification program at Quinebaug Valley Community College - Main Campus focuses on training students to be skilled in the safe and effective collection of blood samples. This program is designed to provide students with comprehensive training in phlebotomy techniques, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, as well as laboratory safety and infection control. Upon completion of this program, graduates will be prepared to take the national certification exam and begin a career as a phlebotomy technician.
