This program is designed to train HHA students in all aspects and techniques relevant to the care of people who need specialized care. The duration of the course will be under the tutelage of a professionally accredited staff, and a registered nurse (RN) who will show in person all the theory and advanced practices. Home Health Aid (HHA) students will participate in 55 hours of classroom instruction and demonstrate their skills in a 20-hour lab setting. Within the course you will be offered all the mandatory training you will need to carry out your profession. This additional package will include CPR/AED/First Aid, Medication Assistance to clients/patients, Alzheimer's course, Hipaa, Osha Blood Borne Pathogens and others. Upon completion of this program, graduates will receive free job search assistance.
