The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) license program at Pima Community College - Desert Vista - MAIN* is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in the nursing field. Students will learn foundational skills and knowledge to provide basic patient care in a variety of healthcare settings under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The program includes classroom instruction as well as hands-on clinical experience to help students develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in this rewarding career.
