The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) license program at Pearl River Community College is designed to train aspiring nurses in the basic principles and practical applications of nursing care. The program includes a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on clinical experience in hospitals and other healthcare facilities. Upon completion of the program, graduates are prepared to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-PN) and become licensed practical nurses.
