Pearl River Community College offers free Adult Education classes for anyone 17 years or older who is not enrolled in high school. Day and night classes are available in most areas, as well as distance learning options. Adult Basic Education, a tuition-free program, offers adults the opportunity to prepare for a high school equivalency exam (GED or HiSet), college entrance, career-technical education, or career readiness skills. The ABE Program offers class instruction in small groups, tutorial services, and computer-based learning.
