In person Welding Classes
The Welding certification program at Palmetto Training provides students with hands-on training and classroom instruction in welding technologies. The program is designed to equip students with the skills necessary for entry-level positions in the welding industry or to advance within their current welding careers. Upon completion of the program, students will be able to take certification exams to gain industry-recognized credentials.
CDL Truck Driver
Palmetto Training, Inc. is accepting new students for our CDL program. The course is 4 to 6 Weeks on Weekdays or 8 to 12 Weeks on Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) – a total of 148 hours. The CDL program is offered at our Walterboro, North Charleston & Sumter location. Students are required to have a valid South Carolina driver’s license. DOT physical and Class a CDL permit before starting the course. Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to enroll.
In person Commercial Driver's License Class A (CDL-A) Classes
Palmetto Training's Commercial Truck Driver class provides an excellent opportunity for those interested in becoming professional truck drivers. This class offers comprehensive training that covers all aspects of commercial truck driving, including safety regulations, paperwork, cargo handling, and more. Students of this class will gain the knowledge and experience needed to become successful professional truck drivers in South Carolina.
