While the apprenticeships meet the need of individuals who are already working in industry, the Electrical Trades Preparation Certificate was developed to meet the preparatory needs of individuals who are not yet employed in the field. The Electrical Trades Preparation Certificate allows high school and adult students to gain knowledge and hands-on experience before entering an Apprenticeship program. The program allows high school and adult students to gain knowledge and hands-on experience with industry-standard practices.
