NCNA’s Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) program is designed to teach the knowledge in both the technical and procedural aspects of phlebotomy, including but not limited to the collection of blood specimens and venipunctures required by the CA Department of Public Health to become a Phlebotomy Technician. This is a full 80-hour program (basic and advanced training with clinical placement) that is pursuant to Title 17 California Code of Regulations (17 CCR), Section 1034 (a)(2)
