Home Health Aide Training Program at Northern California Nursing Academy

Northern California Nursing Academy proudly offers a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) Training Program. Our program has been specifically curated for those who have either just completed the Nurse Assistant Training Program or are already Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs).

Program Overview

This training program focuses on furnishing students with the necessary skills to excel in a home care setting. The course includes instructing students on how to:

• Assist patients with dressing

• Provide aid during bathing

• Cater to a variety of hygiene needs

Program Duration

Our program spans over an efficient two-week period.

Externship

Included in the program is an externship, providing hands-on, practical experience.

Certification

Upon successful completion, students will be proficient in delivering high-quality care at home, paving the way for a rewarding career in healthcare.
