The CyberSecurity program is composed of a set of core courses and cybersecurity concentrated courses. The core courses introduce students to fundamental internet and computing skills, and prepares students to sit for industry certification in CompTIA ITF, CompTIA+, Network+, and Security+ exams by providing requisite knowledge and hands-on experience. The CyberSecurity courses provide knowledge and application, identification, response, and prevention of security threats, as well as regulatory and governance of IT systems.

The CDL-A program is designed to teach you safe operating procedures, and give you a working knowledge of the industry. As a student, you’ll get practice behind-the-wheel at our driver training yards. And both country and city driving environments. You can become a licensed driver with 160 hours of logged training. You’ll also have the opportunity to train for endorsements in air brakes, hazardous materials (optional), tankers, and doubles/triples. CDL school graduates are prepared for licensure through the State of Maine’s Department of Transportation.

The Systems Technology program is composed of a set of core courses and systems technology concentrated courses. The core courses introduce students to fundamental internet and computing skills, and prepares students to sit for industry certification in CompTIA ITF, CompTIA+, Network+, and Security+ exams by providing requisite knowledge and hands-on experience. The Systems Technology concentration courses delve deeper into the role of system technology by giving the student skills and in-depth knowledge in Windows Client and Server 2019, as well as a security focus by covering the objectives of the CompTIA CySA+ system.

The Cybersecurity certification program at Northeast Technical Institute provides students with the essential skills and knowledge to protect computer systems and networks from cyber threats. Through a combination of classroom lectures and hands-on training, students can learn about network security, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and data protection. Upon completion of the program, students can obtain professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and Certified Ethical Hacker.

Northeast Technical Institute offers a comprehensive Phlebotomy certification program that equips students with the skills and knowledge required to draw blood safely and effectively. This program is led by experienced instructors who combine classroom theory with hands-on practical training to ensure that students are fully prepared for a career in Phlebotomy. Upon completion of the program, graduates are eligible to take the national certification exam and start their careers as certified Phlebotomy technicians.

The Northeast Technical Institute offers an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) certification program that teaches students the skills necessary to install, service, and maintain various types of heating and cooling systems. This program is designed to provide students with hands-on training and real-world experience, preparing them for a career in the HVAC industry. Graduates of this program will be qualified to work as HVAC technicians, installers, and service technicians.
