Computer Courses and Office Training Classes are offered in an Open Lab Environment. This means that individuals are welcome to come to Neway Directions at any time during office hours (10am – 3:00pm M, W, Th or by appointment) and work with an instructor. The courses are customized and personalized to each individual and each individual moves through the course material at their own rate.

If you’re a Registered Nurse interested in acting as a Primary Instructor in a Wisconsin state-approved C.N.A. Training Programs attending Train the Trainer is a great way to begin your teaching career. Our Train the Trainer program is a two-day program presented by Joy Pfeffer, R.N., BSN at the Neway Directions facility.

Neway Directions' Certified Nursing Assistant class is an ideal way to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful nursing assistant. Students learn the fundamentals of patient care, including medical terminology, nutrition, safety and infection control, and communication. Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible to take the Wisconsin State CNA exam.
