Mid-South Community College offers a Phlebotomy certification program that trains students in all the skills necessary to successfully draw blood samples. The program covers venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques, infection control procedures, and the handling and labeling of blood specimens. Upon completion, students will be eligible to sit for the certification exam and begin a career as a Phlebotomist.
