Mid-America College of Health Sciences’ Medication Aide program in Olathe, Kansas, prepares students to administer prescribed medications under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse and work with care teams. The program awards a Certificate of Completion and prepares students to take the Kansas State Medication Aide Certification exam to become a Certified Medication Aide. It runs for five weeks with a choice of weekday or hybrid delivery; both options include in-person laboratory sessions and clinical rotations at approved nursing facilities.
