To be considered for the LPN-RN Program, applicants must: Complete a separate Health Sciences application for admission to the LPN-RN Program Submit official transcript(s): • Official high school transcripts or GED. If you previously attended LCCC and did not enroll within the previous two years you will need to resubmit your high school transcripts. • Submit official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities. Student-issued or unofficial transcripts are not accepted for transfer evaluation credit. Submit college/university transcripts to the LCCC Registrar Office.
