This course includes the development of knowledge and skills related to many commonly prescribed medications. Students will learn the classification, side effects, techniques, and administration, including preparation and accurate distribution of medications. Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to take the Ohio certification examination for Medication Aide (included in the tuition).
