Lamson’s 10-month, 30-credit Personal Fitness Trainer program offers comprehensive training to prepare students for industry-recognized certifications and entry-level roles in personal fitness.
Students in the program are prepared to sit for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach exams. Graduates may also pursue additional certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
